GENERATE contains fast and slow release proteins within an advanced time-release blend, designed to supply your muscles with high-quality protein both immediately (making it perfect post-workout or in the morning) and for up to 8 hours afterwards (making it perfect before bed or as a snack). Our blend includes fast digesting Whey Protein Concentrate (30% of blend), slow digesting Milk Protein Concentrate (25%), and medium-speed digestion Soy Protein Isolate (20%). Whey Protein Concentrate is highly bioavailable, fast acting, and packed with muscle building amino acids. Milk Protein Concentrate is a natural combination of Whey (20%) and Casein (80%) that forms a gel in the stomach after drinking, slowly digesting to ensure your body is supplied with protein over an 8 hour period.
