Bikini athlete Sarah Jane joins #TeamElixir

A HUGE welcome to our latest Brand Ambassador, Sarah Jane Vernon, to Team Elixir!

Last year Sarah decided to take her training to the next level and competed in the UKBFF Bikini Class. Her first show was a Beginners class where she placed 7th; and her second show was a UKBFF Qualifier event in the East of England where she placed an amazing second in the tall category.

Her placing gave her the opportunity to compete alongside the best in the country at the British Championships!

Although she did not place in the top six, being amongst the other athletes at that level has given her the motivation to improve her own physique and to try again this year!

Her aim is to get a higher placing at this years British Finals. 2016 is her first full year of giving her body a chance to build some muscle before show prep. Sarah currently uses ELIXIR FURY branch chain amino acids and ELIXIR FIRE STARTER pre-workout to help her along her fitness journey.

Sarah's next show will be the UKBFF Grand Prix in July. On behalf of Team Elixir we wish Sarah the best of luck with her prep and look forward to supporting her in her progress.
