Age is Just a Number!

A huge welcome to Tracy Lord, our new Brand Ambassador!

Age is nothing but a number for those who wish to progress…

As a 45 year old mum and Grandmother, Tracy often gets asked where does she get her energy from, especially when she works full-time in a civil service role and is a single parent to three beautiful girls, as well as a Nan to a beautiful Grand-daughter. This has not stopped her from pursuing her passion or making steps to achieve her fitness goals!

After a divorce Tracy decided to get back into fitness. After years of putting her family’s needs before her own. (Which all mothers do!!) she decided it was time to invest in herself and to pursue her hobbies from the past - fitness!

In 2016 Tracy decided to enrol on a Personal Training course with Lifetime. She has since passed her level two (Gym instructor training) and in February 2017 she will be progressing to the next stage…whereby it is hoped that she will achieve her level three and become a fully qualified Personal Trainer. It is her aim to help others achieve their fitness goals. We wish Tracy every success in her venture!

Since she started dedicating more time to the Gym she has found herself to have even more energy, and has found the drive and determination to pursue her dreams. In October 2016 she was accepted by Fitness Models.com to become a VIP member, and with that accomplishment she received a few more to be proud of within the same month! She is an Ambassador for VXS Gymwear and Gymmonkee, and now a member of Team Elixir. We look forward to helping Tracy on her fitness journey by proving her with the best nutritional supplements to fuel her training.
