Emma is truly an inspiration!

A huge welcome to our latest Brand Ambassador, EMMA WHITE!

Emma works as a Personal Trainer at the Marriott Hotel, Worsley Park, Manchester and she is also involved with her husband’s business. As a mother of 3 children, Emma is an inspiration to anyone who struggles to find time to devote to their fitness. She juggles two jobs, and family, and still has time to compete as an athlete in the UKBFF Bikini division, with great success! In 2015 Emma placed 2nd at the Warrington Regional show, 3rd at the USN Classic at BodyPower, and 5th at the British Finals. She will also be competing later on in 2016, so watch this space!

Emma is interested in bringing more attention to mums and families that think they have to be in their twenties to get fit and look healthy. This is because most campaigns on social media and TV are of young girls which isn’t a true representation. Fitness is for ANYONE at any age.

Emma feels that if she can do it with her busy lifestyle, then anyone can! She also believes that a healthy approach to life is vital, but one that can be fun. It’s not all about eating chicken and broccoli but about eating correctly, supplementing correctly, and enjoying food.
