Alex is the Latest Recruit to the ELIXIR ARMY

Team Elixir welcomes our latest Brand Ambassador, ALEX MADDERN!

Alex has been weight training for just over 18 months now. Prior to this he was a rugby player and got into the gym to try and prevent injuries. Now he’s hooked and spends more time in the gym than anywhere else! He is addicted to training and his focus is powerlifting – a sport that requires 100% commitment. This year Alex’s goal is to hit over a 600kg powerlifting total! We wish Alex every success on his fitness journey and look forward to supporting him. He currently uses ELIXIR FURY Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) for muscle growth and repair. BCAAs also help reduce delayed onset of muscle soreness (DOMS) which is something all the powerlifters out there can appreciate!
